Item(s) must be sent back in original/sellable condition. The item(s) must be unharmed, unworn, and unaltered, in the original packaging, with the tags attached.
We reserve the right to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.
Once the item(s) has been received at our facilities and passed inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If the item(s) does not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
We can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size or color. If the desired item is no longer available and you would like to exchange it for another item on our website. Please follow our steps to return your item(s) for a refund, and place a new order (that is subject to the standard production time frame).
